The brief
ScotRail asked us to develop a campaign that would increase sales of their Advance Singles, Kids Go Free Tickets and Off-Peak Day Returns. To do so, we needed to motivate existing customers to travel ‘off-peak’ more often, and attract new customers currently using other modes of transport.
The idea
Train Wins! A campaign that promotes the individual mini-wins associated with choosing the train, as well as the overall big-win of saving time and money.
